Sue Diehl
Main Street Manager

Under the direction of the Clearfield Revitalization Corporation Board of Directors, the Main Street Manager follows the guidelines of the Pennsylvania Downtown Center (PDC) and the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED) to coordinate Main Street program activities, promote downtown businesses, and oversee daily operations and events for the Clearfield Revitalization Corporation.

A native of Clearfield and a graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania, Sue comes to the CRC with many years of professional and volunteer experience for multiple local organizations that have allowed her to gain experience in event planning, fundraising coordination, and other administrative responsibilities.

Sue credits her passion for promoting downtown businesses to her experiences shopping in Clearfield and growing up with grandparents and parents who owned and operated the Montgomery Ward Catalog Agency in downtown Clearfield. When asked about these experiences, Sue stated, “I remember being in the store, visiting with customers, walking the town, and enjoying the stores that downtown had. I hope to assist in bringing some of that energy back to downtown.”

Treasurer
John Troxell

Born and raised in Clearfield, I have deep roots in this community, having spent the majority of my life here. My professional journey involved various roles at Pennsylvania Electric Company, encompassing both local office responsibilities and corporate staff positions in Johnstown and Reading. Following my retirement, I established my own consulting business and made the decision to return to Clearfield, the place I consider home. Throughout my career, I actively participated in numerous organizations, and I am currently serving as the treasurer for the Clearfield Revitalization Corporation. My goal is to contribute to making Clearfield a better place for all to live and work, with a particular focus on creating opportunities that encourage our youth to remain in the area.

Terri Davis
Keller Williams Realty

My name is Terri Davis.  I grew up in Clearfield and have such wonderful memories of my hometown!: the vibrancy of downtown, all the retail stores where we could buy anything we needed, the Friday night dances at the Y, the street dances, boating & skiing on the river, the sports and seeing friendly people everywhere.  It was truly idyllic!

I moved to Virginia and worked in the Land Development and Home Building industry.  I loved the excitement of seeing our plans come to life on large tracts of empty fields. We created many  Multi-Use  Planned Developments in Northern VA & Maryland.  Then I moved back to Clearfield to help my family and I learned about the  CRC.  They were working on reviving the downtown. and I knew I wanted to be a part of it! This Board of Directors, and our Committees work very hard to make Clearfield

the beauty that it is!!   I love our town and am so happy to be here with family and friends!
